What is Reiki?

Reiki is an ancient Eastern energy Healing treatment that works holistically; on the body, mind and spirit. Reiki in itself is a relaxing treatment that consist of natural healing vibrations being transmitted through the hands of a practitioner (acting as a conduit) to the body of the recipient. The effects of a Reiki session can be felt both in person and via distance healing.

 

What is Intuitive Energy Healing? 

Intuitive Energy healing combines the principles of Reiki with the powerful healing guidance of the spirit realm. 

 

During these sessions your guide will:

 - Provide Reiki Energetic Healing

 - Chakra and Auric Reading and Cleansing 

 - Channel Spiritual Guidance 

 - Share any messages that may be passed on from the other side

 What Can I Expect from My Session?

The energetic and physical experiences of Reiki are subjective and can vary from person to person. Reiki is cumulative and people usually have progressively deeper experiences as they continue their session work.

With that is mind, common experiences include:

  • Falling into a deep meditative state

  • Release of mental stress and associated physical tension

  • Falling asleep

  • Experiencing the sensation of heat or subtle pulsations in regions where the practitioner is working on 

  • Feeling the sensation of waves of energy throughout the body

  • Feeling intense and sudden waves of emotion

  • Suddenly feeling physically lighter

Besides the immediate experience of the Reiki, you may notice other changes that continue to unfold as the day goes on: perhaps stronger digestion, a sense of being more centered and poised and less reactive and sleeping more deeply that night.

What is a personalized guided Meditation?

This form of meditation is a specific method of meditation conducted by a guide that focuses on using imagery and visualization to evoke the senses and elicit a sense of wellbeing and deep relaxation.

When a guided meditation is conducted on an individual basis it allows the practitioner to structure the experience around the recipient's personal mental and energetic needs at that time. In addition, it fosters an extremely safe environment where the recipients can express themselves without fear of judgement. “When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress.” (Mayo Clinic)

What is Holistic Health and Why is it Important?

Holistic health is an all-encompassing approach to life. It involves focusing on the balance between the connection of mind, body, and spirit.

The main goal of holistic health aims to uphold a continuous state of well-being. The American Holistic Health Association (AHHA) regards "optimal health as much more than the absence of sickness. It is the conscious pursuit of the highest qualities of the physical, environmental, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social aspects of the human experience."
