All & Well is an Energetic Wellness company that provides support, healing and guidance to clients, using a combination of energetic healing modalities and techniques.

Drawing on the founder’s experiences, training and gifts as an attuned Reiki and Seichem Master, facilitator, intuitive, healer and medium. We have created a variety of services aimed at helping clients remove energetic blockages, practice mindfulness, and ultimately realign their mental, energetic and physical bodies with their highest selves.

Awaken and align your mind, body and spirit with this in depth Intuitive Healing session.

In this session your guide will:

With this service your guide will hold space for you and address underlying energetic belief systems or blocks that may be hindering you from achieving your desired outcome.

As many know, animals are some of the most energy sensitive creatures in the world. Though our beloved pals are of pure heart, their day to day experiences such as stress, trauma, physical/emotional ailments and ageing can take a toll on their sensitive energetic fields. These compounded can lead to changes in their behaviour, demeanor, morale and physical health.
During our animal Reiki sessions, we will:
• Balanced your pets’ auric field
• Realign their Chakras
• Channel Spiritual Guidance
• Communicate with the essence of your pet to get to the root cause of their particular ailment
